Are there returns/exchanges on items I purchase from PADI Gear?

For standard, in stock items, you can expect the item to ship within 1 business day after the order is placed online. For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week.Orders ship from San Diego, California. The quoted shipping on the site is good for the continental 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be billed actual shipping.
Are Shipping costs for returns included?
Unfortunately at this time, shipping for returns are the customers responsibility.
What forms of payment is accepted online?
You may use the following forms of payment for your online purchase: American Express, Discover, Diners Card, Master Card and Visa.
What are the delivery options and fees?
You can select from these options for shipment of your order:
• US Postal Service: 7 to 10 days, no tracking
• UPS: various options, all packaged can be tracked
• FED Ex: various options, all packaged can be tracked Shipping and handling charges apply to continental U.S. orders only.
If your items are in stock your order will ship within 24 hours.
Weekend and holiday delivery is not available at this time.
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation.
Your credit card is charged when your order is processed for delivery.
If any of your items are temporarily out of stock, you will be notified promptly by email and you will not charged for that item until it is shipped.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've placed, please use the form on our contact us page soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but items that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled and must be returned or exchanged.
